By downloading, installing, or using the CryptoXHunter application (com.cryptoadviserapp), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Informational Purposes Only

CryptoXHunter provides AI-generated trading signals for informational and educational purposes only. The signals, predictions, and analysis provided by the app do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice.

You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

2. No Guarantee of Profits

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of AI models does not guarantee future results. The signals provided may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete. We make no guarantees or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or profitability of any signal or prediction.

3. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All trading and investment decisions are made solely by you
• You assume full responsibility for any profits or losses resulting from your trading activities
• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital

4. Credits System

CryptoXHunter uses a credits-based system:

• Credits can be earned by watching rewarded advertisements served through Google AdMob
• Credits are spent to unlock AI predictions and signals
• Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded
• We reserve the right to modify credit earning rates and costs at any time

5. User Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the app. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to:

• Share your account with others
• Use automated tools to interact with the app
• Attempt to manipulate the credits system
• Reverse-engineer or scrape data from the app

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to the service, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your credits and access will be revoked.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CryptoXHunter and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or capital, arising from your use of the app or reliance on any signals or predictions provided.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the app shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which may be zero for free users).

8. Intellectual Property

All content, models, algorithms, designs, and trademarks within CryptoXHunter are the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
